Considering changing the above - have read the threads on the Neuspeed kit and it seems that JBS offered what some thought was a more efficient design.
Has anyone got experience of the other pipes and if so is it worthwhile changing it or a lot of $$ for not much improvement?
Thanks

Ive read most who've done it say they felt a better flow / freer reving engine and although some found around 10 - 15bhp gain on RR it has been said its not a massively noticeable difference.
I am doing it as an every little helps mods :)
There are a few threads on it if you do a quic search on the forum :happy2:

ok thanks Mike, but do you recommend Neuspeed or another variant as RR was a bit sceptical about Neuspeed products in the other threads...

Indeed I was a bit sceptical about Neuspeed products generally but it's not helped by there being (on my car) not a very noticeable difference after this mod. But, to be fair, perhaps it does contribute to the overall performance package and it certainly will improve component longevity. I think I didn't like the high cost of the Neuspeed either.
Here's some pics for OEM comparison, if it helps anyone:

Wasn't someone selling this setup fairly recently on this forum (and not getting much response) - Worth doing a Search.

Btw, not wishing to put anyone off going for this mod - There's nothing obviously negative about it in my individual experience. I'm just keen to point out that it's a little disappointing in terms of feeling the result and therefore I'm trying to save you guys the disappointment if you anticipate any 'wow' factors.
As I recall, the engine appeared to run more freely - Something you very quickly get used to and forget!

I currently have a Neuspeed Turbo Discharge Pipe for a K04 sat boxed on my bedroom floor. I bought it off Hurdy when he sold his ED30. I never got round to fitting this as I changed my plans slightly with the car. Not sure if you are on a K03 or K04 however so unsure how much help this will be. Feel free to pm me about this though.
