Title: Remap too early???
Post by: Jussa on November 15, 2011, 11:42:07 am
Can anyone advise on whether it would be detrimental to a cars health to go stage 2+ when you only have 6000 miles on the clock??  :scared:

blimey that was quick  :happy2:

Has it had it's first service? If so, i'd imagine it'll be fine.

Are AmD doing the work? - give them a call to confirm

:signLOL: still haven't bought it yet, still pondering on spending an extra 2.5K over what I wanted to do.  Also not sure whether Ibis white cars will hold their value, or just go out of fashion again

whether they go out of fashion or not (and i think they will - i really can't stand white cars with no disrespect intended to anyone who owns one), when you come to sell you'll be competing with the myriad of other white cars. simple supply and demand dictates that if there's more supply then the value drops. that's my economic reason for getting a different colour  :happy2:

Well as long as the myriad of other white cars are not the same make as mine than I'm not too concerned

Id say no problem at all at 6000 miles, however i would strongly advise a period after buying the car to get used to it and flush out any issues prior to stg2+ being applied  :happy2:
