Title: mk5 gti master cylinder removal

Has anyone tackled.an m/c swap?

The haynes manual makes it sound fairly easy, but the pics look like the engine was.out!

Brake or clutch master cylinder?

Clutch master isn't too bad. About an hours work inc the bleed.

Brake master is around 2 hours.

Brakes servo is the worst thing to change. I would allow 5 hours for that.
