Title: jc_boc Grey BTCC kitted Leon Cupra
Post by: jc_boc on January 21, 2012, 10:00:13 am
Hey there guys.  So I traded my 10 plate Ibiza Bocanegra in for a 57 plate Leon Cupra after having misfire issues with the Tsi engine.  Absolutely loving the car and it didn't take long before the mods started on her.  This is what she looked like in stock form when I got her:

I then decided I want to go stage 2+ on the car so began buying parts like there was no tomorrow!  Took a loan (what was i thinking???!!!) and ordered up the following:

BBS LM reps 18" x 8J
TOYO PROXES
Weiteck coillies
H&R ARB's front and rear
FORGE short shifter - front to back
FORGE twintercooler
Southbend stage 3 clutch and SMF
Peloquin LSD
Milltek TBE
APR HPFP
REV D valve
Cam follower
ITG induction kit
Stubby aerial

Had all these stuff lying at work and gradually started.  First off fitted the stubby aerial.

Then fitted the REV D valve and had a nice decal made up for the side of the motor.

Then got myself a GTi foot rest for the deadrest.

Then a few weeks later I was finally able to fit the Coillies, ARB's, Wheels, HPFP and follower.  Looks soooo much better now as far as I am concerned.

Then decided to upgrade all the interior lights and number plate lights to LED.

That is pretty much as far as I have gotten.  I have been waiting for the funds to get the rest of the work done so that I can be running stage 2+ but sadly a situation has arrisen that will not allow that to happen now :-(  So I am having to sell all the bits I have left over to get the cash desperately needed.  I believe I cannot post in the for sale section yet as I don't have 25 posts so I will make as many posts as I can to list the items there and their price.  Alternatively PM me and we can discuss.  Thanks for viewing my pride and joy.  Looks like I may just go stage 1 for now but 300BHP odd should keep me happy for a while lol.

Thanks Sy.  Stage one will be quick but not like these tsi engines motors.  Still disgusted that I spent so much on stage 2 on the boc and you were still up on me at a 1/3rd of the cost LOL.  Mike no worries mate, i will chat to you again on Monday.

Citroen one fits perfect and is about £4 on eBay I'll go through my receipts later for seller.
