Title: video in motion..what are the rules?

Hey guys,

So as per the subject, what are the rules on video in motion? Is it as simple as it's not allowed??

I think in the fromt its a no no, but for screens in the back its fine. I have had Audis with screens that work in motion & never had any problems, but then again I didnt use to watch & drive. Only watch & crawl when stuck in traffic.

Illegal for the driver to see the screen whilst moving.

The new Range Rovers etc get away with a 'split' screen (passenger can see the DVD but the driver gets the radio / sat nav screen) - impressive kit  :happy2:

Yes saw the split screen on Top Gear and it is indeed a very impressive bit of kit :happy2:
