Title: Viezu maps - should i be worried??
Post by: johnhol78 on June 02, 2012, 04:24:47 pm
Just been looking around at mapping options around west london, berkshire area and with the research found out that Paramount Performance that did my Stage 1 used Viezu maps - always have.

So much for a custom tuner writing the maps. Had a massive sinking feeling in the guts.

But to be honest the car drives immense - especially after the blueflame TBE. They offered me a Stage 2 for £150 direct from them as they are mopping up after Paramount going bust. Based on the Stage 1 I'm tempted.

Has anyone had or heard of real issues with them on a TFSi?

If you are really worried get a specialist to log it and maybe read the map and give it a good check over. I have a good guy not far from you tht knows the tfsi inside out and is also a very very clued up software engineer.
