Title: BBS bolts for split rims
Post by: Toast on May 27, 2009, 09:25:39 pm
Looking for some help chaps as some of you may Know I recently got a set of Audi/bbs rs 861 split rims for the Ed30  had them refurbed and put them on the car, But last week I noticed the laquer starting to lift on 1 of the centre's. Anyways I split all 4 centre's on Sunday night as I want them all re-done Right this time but as I went to slacken the last bolt on the final wheel I found that 1 of the bbs bolts heads was stripped in the inside meaning there was no way of getting it out with me spline tool and ratchet  ( Lot of swearing) Finally got it out with help from a mate.  But I now need to source a new bolt and may buy a few spare's Just incase   I've tried phoning Justmatz but can't get anyone   So was wondering if anyone new of any other bbs spare's speacialists?!
I'm also checking Ebay

Any help would be appreciated :happy2:
