Title: GTI & GT TDI front badges the same or not?

I'm selling a GTI badge and have been asked if it fits the GT TDI.

I had to buy a new badge when I got a GTI grill.

I thought they were the same until I fitted a GTI grill to mine and then had to drive about with no badge for 2 days :-(

This type which seems to fit the GTI grills etc, maybe pre-facelift as Rich mentioned.

So the only question now is do you want the badge for ore or post facelift?? Confusing ain't it!!

The facelift Gt badge is p/n 1k5853600 and this is deffo a different size to a GTI badge.
