Do VW Racing still sell this splitter?

Or where can i buy one. Want one the same as in the link to a picture below

The cloest looking to that would be the rieger splitter. Not sure of the best place to get hold of it though.

I bought mine from Orange Tuning. They were really good to deal with and it arrived from germany within about 3 days (guys name is Frank IIRC)

Do a search for Rieger splitter and there will be a link somewhere  :happy2:

Im after one in the plastic finish like the standard splitter.

Gareth what finish was yours in?

Black matt plastic finish - I thought it was pretty similar to standard. It looks identical to the pic of Gillm's car from your first link.

I've kept mine black to work with the rest of the non C/C'd parts, but NeilM has his C/C'd on his Candy Ed30.

I went through the same concerns when ordering, but from my research (despite some stating the VWR is stornger than the Rieger), they look identical and I am very happy with mine  :happy2:

I'm sure that Joe (Joesgti) was one of the first to order one from Orange Tuning - if you haven't done so, I'd advise having a read of the build thread for his old mk5 to see how the splitter looks on a black gti  :happy2:

Joes GTI had a painted black on, not a plastic finish like im after though.

I know, but it was the only example of one on a black gti that I could think of.....

I'm happy with how it matches with the black side skirts and rear on my steel grey gti.

I think that it'll be fine with non C/C black. Worst case scenario, you could fully C/C or sell it on if you're not 100% happy.
