Hi Guys,
Does anybody know of a Brake Caliper and Hub painting service in the Surrey area?
Looking to get the car all tidied up this Month.
Cheers

They look great. What paint did you use? and how much prep work was involved.

Prep work is the hardest and most important part of it,
Used medium-fine wet sandpaper to give everything a really good sanding, also used brake Caliper Cleaner,
Gave Calipers and Hub's a thorough cleaning and wiped dry,
To spray the hubs i masked off everything, including the calipers,
Gave them all 2 coats of Grey Hallfords primer,
Left over night to dry,
Then gave them all 3 coats of Hallfords Black Matte, light sanding in-between coats,
For the calipers i used Hallfords Brake Caliper Paint,
Used 2 brushes, really small one for the hard to reach places,
Gave them 2 coats, 1hr in-between,
Next day before fitting the wheels back on,
I gave the 4 hubs and calipers 1 coat go Gtechniq C5 Alloy Wheel Armour, (just thought it might make it a-bit easier to clean and keep clean)
Don't know how long they will stay like this, but for now i think they look a lot better and easier to clean,
I also sanded, cleaned, primed, and sprayed all the wheel bolts matte black,(3coats) just to take that rusted old look off them.
Hope this helps,
Cheers,

Don't know about Surrey but more than just wheels did a fantastic job on mine...in Nottingham.
