Replaced the main beam bulbs on the car but the metal clip that holds the left bulb in place fell out. Does it simply slot it somewhere? If so, where?
I want to avoid having to take the headlamp out if possible.

Have a look at the other side to compare :happy2: its a fiddley thing
-
I can't see it directly. Am gonna have to find a mirror or something.

Yes a mirror would help, they can only go one way... Had the same trouble myself, when helping a Neighbour on a new reno clio !
Nightmare...

I tried having a look but simply can't spot where the ends of the clip fit at the top of the headlamp case. I suspect I'm going to have to go down the route of taking out the headlight.

Is the drawing in the owners handbook any good?.

If youve not sorted this yet, does this help?

I have the D2s bulbs, will be doing mine the weekend
Do you need to remove the bumper to remove the headlamp? and will they automatically re-align? or would I need to get them adjusted?
