Yep standard dampers, I think it looks awesome especially with the 10mm spacers, Thanks to WheelMan

Can you provide a bit more info on the ride quality and handling changes vs OE springs??
Are H&R available in other drops and/or spring rates? is it the same springs for DSG+manual?

Post by: Msportman on June 20, 2009, 10:23:55 pm: Yeah can we have some more feedback on the handling. The reason being for me is the OE set up seems pretty dam good on the Ed30 but for me I'd only normally consider a full change for dampers and springs and was considering KW3's.

I do trackdays and don't want to compromise handling and know that the best set up will be the full lot.

H and R springs are an interim option but I'd only consider if the dampers are up to it.

Do it once is the best way forward I suppose with labour to pay.

Are they 345mm discs?

Ride quality is a lot lot better than I expected tbh, it feels very much like standard the only noticeable differences are under hard acceleration where the car feels more poised and doesn't lift the front as much and when cornering you feel more assured and its very hard to unsettle the car now.

Will be sticking with the standard dampers as I am happy with the ride quality and I have know worries about them whatsoever.
