Title: Brake servo leak??

My Ed30 has developed a high pitced squealing noise on tickover.When you switch the car off, the noise slowely dies off. The noise doesnt get any worse when you rev the car up, so i dont think its a loose belt?
At the same time another fault has developed, the car revs up and down on its own.
Could this fault be a leak at the brake servo?

Hunting at idle is usually a PCV failure.
