well after owning the car since april, i found out yesterday that i do infact have heated mirrors.... probably should have looked through the manual when purchasing it to see everything that was on it, but what can i say i was too excited to get out and drive.
the problem now stands that the passenger wingmirror does actually heat up and deice the mirrors, but the drivers side seems to really struggle. and my question is, is there anyway that i can check whats causing the problem? before i get a new wing mirror

probably slight corroded terminals, give them a clean

Yeah pop the glass out make sure it's connected, then make sure your getting 12v at the push on terminals that would be a start

thats brilliant, cheers guys ill give it a go when im back from work. is it hard to remove the glass?
-
Just tilt it right down, get ya fingers behind it and give a little tug , it'll come straight off

Just took the mirror glass off and cleaned up the connectors with a little bit of wd40 and seems to have worked as the glass was starting to warm up, but the true test will be in the morning! But cheers for the help guys :happy2:
