I have finished... BUT

996 T front brakes going on
superwhite LED's as per Monte's thread
Boot pop (paid for, on its way as we speak)
uprated speakers/amp
might consider an APR pump if a cheap one comes up
full correction (jay or nathan to the rescue!)

There all done (again..)

Next, I'll probably get a late model RNS510 in place of my current version.

I did have plans to go stage 2+ but I'll want a 5dr car in a year so the ED30 will stay as is until it's for sale.

I've already spent too much on it already, don't encourage me!

That's a great list Paul! :congrats: :congrats:

Have been researching the Wavetrac LSD's,. They do look very good.  Are these all the bits needed for a manual Paul, the Diff, fitting kit and bearing kit?

 :happy2:

Have a look on this page from AwesomeGTI's site. Have a look into the Forge Adjustable Quick Shifter for VAG 6 Speed Models and the Forge Adjustable Side Short Shift VAG 6 Speed (personally not getting one of these) and the 42 Draft bushes for the Shifter Kit, you'll need to know your year as they differ.

Yeah all parts are for the 6 speed manual, LSD, bolt kit and bearing etc.

The shifter kit just shortens the forward and backwards throw of the gear leaver and the draft 42 bushing kit is another hood complement to this, both together are a great mod to shorten and smooth the gear change and give it a more positive feel, in my opinion combined one of the best value mods you can do.

Cheers Paul

The shifter kit I brought was I think Neuspeed and was not adjustable but was a well made item that fitted and worked well.

Cheers Lads, and thanks for the link but didn't quite explain what it does. So to conclude then, it shortens the shift when changing gear and also makes gears less 'crunching' when changing??  :surprised:

Dont pick up my car for first time until Friday, but already the mtec bulbs and going to order the led bits off Montys thread....

Then really tempted with a remap, but don't know whether to run the car for 6 months or so first, so I appreciate the map more (changed the pulleys on my cooper s straight away and then was left wanting more right from the off)

Also really want some 18's...

Dog Bone bush insert

WALK (unsure on Whiteline/Superpro)

Chop up my other engine cover so i can fit with ITG on

Look at a MK6 4 door to see if the Focal factory kit will fit in a MK5 ( as they don't do a Mk5 kit)

Replacement DSG Paddles - OSIR i think, the TID ones are too pricy - unless anyone else has an experience with another?

Brakes - S3 i believe (Having winter and summer wheels or varying offsets to get them behind)

Setup my early summer trip to Europe.

Enjoy driving.

I want OEM Xenon's but just can't afford the full kit.
