After months snooping around here I thought it best to register and at least try and get slightly involved - seems you're happy to welcome fellow VAG owners, especially if they're running the same internals, so hopefully all is good.
Bit about me, loved Jap cars all my life until I turned to the VAG group and there's no going back - especially after my first Cupra R saved me and the missus from a nasty accident with a drunk BMW 3 series.
So here she is. So far she's lowered on Eibach Sportlines, got WALK, APR Stage 1 and a SPEC Stage 2+ clutch...

Any more piccies? I think you should  Bet it drives well too.
Just shows what this forum does to you, I looked at that then immediately thought "Right, think I'd refurb the wheels in a grey of some sort and vinyl wrap in black the front splitter centre section..."

Thank you for the warm welcome. I'm hoping I can make some sort of positive contribution to the forum even though I don't have a Mk5 Golf.
Will be getting a readers ride set up shortly, so plenty more pics over there...
...although it would be rude not to share a nice dramatic one of how my first LCR ended up -

What springs are you on? Mine is the same but speed blue and drastically needs a drop but I already find it quite firm on my B road driving?

I'm on Eibach Sportlines. The ride is much better than it was on the stock springs even though the car sits lower. Do it, you won't regret...

Same question applies!!
-
Yep, got myself an exact replica fortunatley - had to travel from Yorkshire to Cornwall to get it though.
Both the missus and myself walked away, drunk driver got 15 month ban and I was handed a nice bumper cheque to go buy myself the current car and no GAP insurance required.
And what does DAFUQ mean...
-
Means like what da fu*
Love the look and the colour
-
Good hear they got what they deserved, suprised it wasnt harder to get the money since most companies refuse to pay for DUI.
Ive got to say the leons do look great in yellow! :happy2:
