I was thinking a Mk 7 R fully loaded in Grey for everyday use and an Aston DBS convertible
-
well.. i usually win £10 on the lottery which wouldn't buy me much but if i won big.....
1. New FF Range Rover (for every day and towing No. 3 to races/events)
2. Porsche Carrera GT (for track days and posing)
3. Ferrari 250 SWB/C (for racing etc)
Cheers,
J

Golf R
Range rover
Ferrari 458
I would probably buy more depending on the size of the win :signLOL:
-
I would give me Golf to someone who knew what they were doing and say make that car the fastest you poissbly can. :signLOL:
Just because you could ha.
-
Golf......you've won the lottery and you'd buy a golf??? WTF!!
I'd buy an RS4.0 straight away
RS6 touring barge with some mods to make it very rapid
Something for track days, maybe a ginetta or a radical... And a trailer
I'd also probably keep the ed30 and write Alex at aks a blank cheque....and let him loose

If it was a euro millions win I think I'd buy about 10 cars and an R would be one of them.
-
An E-Type, a Porsche Carrera GT, an F40, a 250 SWB, a 288 GTO, an F10 M5, A Caterham R500, and a Maserati Granturismo for everyday use.
Not a Golf.
-
If i won big on Euros
Porsche GT3 RS4.0 (or if they announce a new version of the 991 GT3 RS, then i'd get that)
Audi R8 GT
Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera
Bentley Continental GT Speed
Ferrari 458 Italia
Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale
McLaren MP4-12C
Audi RS6 for wafting about in and ferrying the dogs
VW California with every conceiveable option
Golf R with ballistic power
Mk1 Golf with a serious amount of cash thrown at it. Im talking a berg cup build.
Mk1 Scirocco as per above.
Imprezza P1 or 22b
And still well under £1m spent.
-
Old skool V8 RS6 and go from there.
-
Golf R with an Audi RS3 engine transplant, heavily modded but std looking (a sleeper).
Bugatti Veyron SS
Audi RS6 (modded) for same reasons others quote
Range Rover for bad weather (and It will be std, none of that chav Kahn crap!)
-
You know you're on a VAG forum when a Golf R is a lottery win car. Madness.
-
You know you're on a VAG forum when a Golf R is a lottery win car. Madness.
What are you talking about?! It's the best car ever made :stupid:
-
Wild Cat, F458, Reventon, Veyron SS, Range Rover... bah the list is endless, oh and something electric like a Tesla... so when do I get the money then?
-
You know you're on a VAG forum when a Golf R is a lottery win car. Madness.
True, but I'm not sure I'd want to wield somthing like a giant Range Rover around multi stories and other obstacles that i would face to day to day driving
-
Mmmmmmmmm.............
Always wanted an M3 so one of those.
And maybe a Lambo Aventador.
A Golf R would be awesome as a daily.
TBH I'd secure a house first and then worry about the cars. No point buying all them cars if they're gonna get nicked/vandalised the moment you park up.
-

Going to take a while to order and source them all though. If you find a house you could be moved in within 4-5 weeks if you were a cash buyer with no chain! :happy2:
-
Order the cars, pay for them and have manufacturers store them, house takes only 4 weeks as stated (I bought my last house in 4 weeks from offer to completion), if you havew that much money you can afford secure storage lol
-
Porsche 911 GT3 RS
M3 CSL
MK2 GTI
MK2 Focus RS
5 door golf family hack ( with an R badge) for the Mrs
-
Forgot about the aventador :driver:
The one they had on topgear was immense, the acceleration was brutal! And as much as I like topgear I don't agree with their theory that Lamborghini's have to be bad to be good.

-
991 GT3RS - track slag
Nissan GTR AMS Alpha omega - 1500whp would be good for a laugh
Range Rover - Every day car
Rage buggie - off road
Golf R would'nt even cross my mind :stupid:
-
None of the above.
I wouldn't have a supercar.I'd buy a bigger house and spend some on building a big shed/workshop and fill it with the entire contents of Teng's catalogue.I would have a mezzanine level thats just a blokes den...jukebox, big screen projection system with full dolby surround sound, beer fridge and so on.
Then I would have all the MK's of Golf in totally standard, but concourse detail, including a Rallye and a Corrado or two.
Then,I would have a V8 Landie, specced out with a high lift and big tyres to get me places in the winter.
If I wanted a speed fix, then I'm sure I could afford a private helicopter to take me to a track and hire the car of my choosing to thrap around for a while.
Lastly, there would be a General Lee replica tucked away in a corner, just cos I could. :P
-
No supercars whatsoever.
Mk1 GTI
very early Mk1 Golf (non GTI and stock)
1303 S
Pre 68 KG Cabrio
356
Singer 911
Eagle E Type Roadster
Mk1 Austin Morris Mini Cooper S
Corrado VR6 Storm
Land Rover Defender
Mk1 Rover 827
Capri 280
Mk1 Sierra RS Cosworth 3 Door.
Rover 75 4.6 V8
Rover 200 BRM.
I could go on forever but they would all be 'normal' cars nothing super or hyper.
-
You know you're on a VAG forum when a Golf R is a lottery win car. Madness.
Its much more fun driving a highly modified car that has supercar speed. That blue old shape S3 video that was knocking about is the perfect example of what I'd do as I would buy lots of cars and modify them to within a inch of their life. And then have a fleet of suped up Evo's for me and all of my mates to go thrashing round a track! :driver:
-
For a start I'd buy some land big enough to build a warehouse on
Then.... oh my
Audi Rs6
Ford Escort Cosworth (lux pack equipped)
Honda Integra DC2
Honda CRX Vti
VW MK5 Golf R32 - Charged
Koeniggsegg Agera R

Thats just a few off the top of me head :surprised:

First id pop to my nearest 'fancy car' dealership and buy the most expensive thing in there.
Then Id order a Lamborghini Aventador and ship it to Underground Racing and get it Twin Turbo'd  just for sh*t and giggles. Also would need a Nissan GT-R because its awesome and i will need a practical car with 4 seats, so itll be my daily
-
For me, its simple, a Lotus Carlton.
I would be Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino, sat on the porch with a beer, telling my dog how gorgeous the car was (after detailing it)

Am I the only one that would buy an Atom?
-
Am I the only one that would buy an Atom?
I'd only buy an Atom for track use. I've driven one and they're way too extreme for the road IMO.
-
Get one of these for the morning rush hour - £350,000.00 pick up!

Seriously, if I won the lottery I'd set up a museum of the history of fast VW's, based in North Devon!! It would save me from spunking it all on booze and brass!!

Snazzy!! PMSL :signLOL:
-
depending on how much i won it would be either a mk6 golf r or a bugatti veyron of course
-
If i won the lottery I can honestly say the hypercars would do nothing for me neither the "exotic" they're finicially ruinous to run and not all that practical. I dont want to drain my winnings. I'd probably hire the hypercars and exotics for a week and hand the keys back.
I'd buy the latest of these models
911 GT2 RS or possibly 991 turbo S (and I'd have it in pdk thank you) as my weapon for fast road driving
Audi RS4 modded to the nth degree
BMW M estate again M3 if BMW actaully get round to doing a touring version of one.
Never thought I'd be saying this but also an AMG mercedes wagon (thats what the estates are called) would appeal assuming there no m3 touring.
A track toy like a caterham or radical.
A trailer for my track toy.
Id get some trick bicycles to race in and then chuck them in the back of my estates!
I'd be very happy with these. The estates would be the dailys. Sorry but no golf!
-
i would get loads of stuff but more than anything would build some crazy cars
-
The first thing I would do is visit this place dressed up as a hoodie and take a pic of their reaction when I place an order for a Aventador (based on the assumption I'm not thrown out)
https://plus.google.com/113021413051415796553/photos/photo/5774184074370406258?hl=en
And probably do the same in the Porsche and Ferrari showrooms :P
There are a few itches that need scratching so would get these for a while:
Golf R (R32 & Mk7)
Mk2 GTI (First GTI love)
Audi RS (3 & 4)
M3 (E30 & E46 CSL)
Evo (FQ-400)
Nissan GTR
-
I was thinking a Mk 7 R fully loaded in Grey for everyday use and an Aston DBS convertible
LOL
Win the lottery and buy a golf for the daily? No danger of that, couldnt think of anything more dull compared to what you could be driving.
-
porsche 356 outlaw with a crazy built mtr  thats what i would build
-
Always wanted an old lambo diablo so would get one if them and finish my mk2 golf vr6 build and strap the biggest turbo i could find to it.
-
You guys can keep your Golfs for lottery wins. I however would pretty much have any car you choose from this lot. :innocent:
[ Invalid YouTube link ]
-
Only one car I would purchase with my winnings, new merc s63 amg bi-turbo.
-
Aerial Atom for the fun factor
Nissan GTR for more practical fun
Gallardo for head turning
RS6 for ultimate practicality
Could get all four used for under £150k, done
-
Ferrari 458, Pagani Huayra, Porsche GT3RS, Audi R8, Golf R, And of course if a big euro win Bugatti Veyron SS
-
Daily Drives -
C63 AMG Estate or an RS6/RS4 Avant
Range Rover Sport
Toys -
Escort Cosworth (One of the first things I would buy)
Ferrari 355/430
MK1 Escort RS2000
Mint Nova 1.3 SR
Possibly some sort of mental 911
I'd also like to gather together a collection rally icons and make them into replicas -
MK2 Escort (Rothmans)
Escort Cossie (Ford Zebra stripes)
Lacia Delta Evo (Martini colours)
Celica GT4 (Castrol colours)
Impreza Turbo (McRae 555 colours)
Pug 205 (T16 rep in team colours)

I'd love to get one of these. The craftsmanship is epic. (You'd hope so for £350,000!)
http://singervehicledesign.com/
Chris Harris explains all:
Then majorly sort out my GTi, no expense spared.
Next up a Koenigsegg Agera R.
Followed by a new model RS6 with every single option, for moving lots of stuff about really fast.
Mint. Just need to get a ticket now...

3 of my first 4 cars were Nova SR's loved every one of them, in the early 90's they were ideal, bit of poke, tuneable, sporty looks and most importantly you could actually insure them, even on a YTS joiners wage :jumpmove:

With a Euromillions win...
Zonda F in carbon
Ferrari 458 in white
Merc SLS
Audi RS6 with air-ride for daily duties
Something big, old and American...with suicide doors, velour, a body drop and hydraulics.
Ultima GTR 720 to build in the long days of never having to work again...
-
A Zonda defo has to be on the list for shear head turning sound and looks. Would have to wait until the summer though.. couldn't rock such an awesome car with all this salt around.

A guy I knew from the VXR forum a few years back (he did some work for me on my old Astra VXR) bought a £1 lucky dip and won £2.2 million on the lottery back in 2009, so he had this exact pleasure of making his car dreams come true. It really couldn't have happened to a lovelier lad in all honesty. He had a nice house built for him and his missus first of all and then he went to town on buying a car or 2 or 3 or ... :signLOL:.
This was his collection for a while, Lambo LP560, VXR8 Bathurst S, Focus RS MK2 and Nissan GTR, Audi TT-RS, VXR Nurburgring and what was the first and only Audi RS6 Plus in the UK at that time. Not sure what he's driving now. (BTW all the pics are on Google, but I wouldn't have shown them if the car reg numbers were visible )

Seen him over on vxro and wondered what he does, think the top lot of cars is not far off what he still has. I think he may have change the focus?
-
Wow that is a question. I think all of us have had conversation with someone saying what we would do of we won lottery. Personally I would build massive under house warehouse with the best mechanical kit money can buy rolling road the lot. Then split into sections for all my different cars and bikes. First car would have to be either zonda R or gallardo supperlegra, then I would buy a E30 BMW M3 and take it to the place who built the white one with V10 M5 engine that looked factory. That is my dream car will try finding link. I think I would be out of control buying loads lol
