Thinking about wrap in my forge twintake with gold heat tape? Anyone done it before? Easy? Would Ir make much difference?
Cheers

My old car had it, there was also a cold air feed you can just make out from the nearside grille.
No matter what abuse it had on track, the intake was always cold to the touch.

I bought it used, that's what it came with. Did some logging, was working fine, so left it. :happy2:

Gold looks awesome, is it easy to put on the intake?

I could be wrong but I believe Mike got that hybrid intake off JonnyC and it's not an Evoms one.
-
Well elbow and heat shield are defo evom items looks like its been chopped to have the k&n put on it. But atleast it works I guess.

Yeah, that's pretty much right. Shorter length on the S pipe to allow for a good cold side position.
