Title: New brakes time
Post by: Bane on September 20, 2013, 04:41:40 pm
Just had the car thru the MOT and passed clean apart from an advisory on the front discs.
Now I feel I need to put on new anchors so any recommendations for upgraded disc/pad combo but not wanting to change the calipers or faff around with expensive kits.;D

ED30 and GTI brakes are the same, to be honest OEM discs and pads on that setup are as good as any other. Change of brake fluid at the same time (should be every 2 years anyway) and you will notice a bit ot an improvement overall.
