Ive got this very annoying ticking noise on idle coming from the Drivers side dash steering area. When I rev the noise vanishes! Cambelt & water pump was done about 100 miles ago. I have uploaded a video of the noise. , any help thanks guys as its driving me nuts!

Link don't work for me but I'm guessing it's the fuel line rattle... Give it a search in the search function :happy2:

thanks guys il get garage to look over the fuel lines and alternator pulley! im having many issues with the car now, it keeps cutting out under boost and feels underpowered. VCDS only shows 1 code which is P3193: 1 Fault Found:

Would this have an impact on performance etc? I have a Remap to 240bhp, New Denso spark plugs. Took it to Vw dealers and they diagnosed it as High fuel pressure Solenoid broken, ive lifted the engine cover and the solenoid is intact on top of the fuel pump! So I am really confused with what I need to get fixed! thanks

My std airbox cracked the top connector plug on my fuel pump
And it put it in limp mode as and when it pleased
Replaced the pump been fine ever since also removed the std airbox as my mate has the same problem
