Can anyone tell me are the GT TDI SPRINGS SAME AS GTI?

As far as I'm aware only the springs from the GT Sport 170 were the same as the GTI i.e. slightly lower. Not sure on the spring rates though with the diesel engine being heavier. I'm sure someone will be along shortly who can confirm for sure.
