The wrong fuel in the tank treatment!
tyneandwear.sky.com/news/article/85132/was-this-a-crime-bodyslam-bouncer-spoken-to-by-cops-but-is-not
-
That's disgraceful, how can the bouncer not be arrested for that.. :scared:
-
The report says the lad twated the doorman first... what's does he expect will happen?
Damn lucky he didn't snap his neck though.
-
Even though it says the guy had thrown a punch and hit the doorman, surely there are no grounds for that sort of treatment.
Had a police officer done this following being punched which does happen far too often it would be a totally different story!!!!
That is a typical doorman with authority overload. Before i am flamed, yes there are many decent doorstaff out there. :P
-
That doorman should be sacked. Doormen are their to restrain YES... but they are not there to beat 10 buckets of sh*t out of people.
-
I didn't see anyone get a kicking... the slam was OTT, probably because the doorman overestimated the lads strength/weight... at the end of the day, if lad hadn't have assaulted the doorman he wouldn't be on the deck.
It's a difficult job.
-
I done the doors for over 4 years, loved it for 2 years then the job/drunk people in general started to annoy me.
3 of my bouncer mates got arrested for murder not to long ago for a LOT less than what happened to that lad.
I agree with what scottymon said, He overestimated the lads strength/weight.
The doorman would have walked away from that thinking sh*t I hope he is ok!
He needs to learn how to restrain someone properly instead of relying on size/strength.
-
A pic/video of the moment does not tell the whole story, yes he slam-dunked him but no info on whats gone on.
-
He was hit repeatedly, but his fellow doormen should have assisted the restraint till the fuzz got there. The scrote probably deserved it. Should think twice before assaulting doormen.
-
I've seen this before the bouncers goes over the top but what does that lad expect if he hit him first? A slap on the wrist? Still tho I'd sack the bouncer. Why would the lad want to be in idols is the question ha. I was out in Newcastle the night it happened never seen this happen tho

reminds me of this

Saw this on Facebook before it was removed several weeks ago.
More than likely the result of too much Alcohol, embarrassing behaviour from so many people when they have a few...

i think the phrase to consider is "reasonable force". i feel that the bouncer has gone beyond reasonable force when he is shown to be fending him off fairly successfully otherwise. on that basis whether he was hit or not he has made himself to be the guilty party and if it were up to me he should be punished. certainly should be sacked, and legal action should be considered imo. his actions were dangerous, whether or not the other guy deserved it.
