First error message will be your DV replace that.
I you also get a incorrect pressure or exceeded pressure.
Your N75 has failed.

For your P0441 error, replace the N80 valve with new revised hose from N80 to line that's goes to the charcoal canister.

As described DV fault. Underboosting. Get new DV and your sorted. I use k04 rev.g DV. Not sure if C is the one wit rubber diaphrame..prone to fall apart. Located on your turbocharger.

i took pictures for the DV when i remove it ,i took it out and checked the diaphragm and the rubbers look fine no scratch or crack it is opening and closing properly as well.
is it possible that the DV gives such error even if the diaphragm look good? here attached the pictures(http://[img][/img]

Try to remove it and do your output test on that solenoid valve. To see if it closes when energized. Might strugle to close. But I would put my money on it, that if you fitt a newer rev. It will get your boost issue cured.

It's not that we don't believe you when you say it's ripped. It's that rev c is quite old and should be replaced anyway  :happy2:

Those pictures show nothing of interest.

well i bought the new DV revision G which is the new one i have replaced ,cleared the error code and did a small ride its true that i  can feel power boost but whe i came back home i connect the VCD and found 1 new error as below .
is it related to the new DV i have replaced or it was supposed to be ?
i have already replaced the PCV with the new revision as well couple of months before so it should not be related to pcv
any suggestion ?
