Gave up watching after a couple of minutes. Just another awkward prick obstructing the police. If he was on the phone while driving, then he deserved the imminent points and fine. Pissed off nearly being smashed into every day by idiots swerving all over the motorway on their phones.

Another vote for a prick for driving whilst on the phone,they should give the van a full inspection and his documents seeing as he is a smart arse.

Read about too many people being killed by phone users to think its clever.

Soon as I realised it was a prick driving while using his phone then wasting the polices time I turned it off.

You're not smart or funny, you broke the law and need to be taken off the road.

There seems to be a growing trend of filming the Police to try and catch them out.

There's a difference between knowing your 'rights' and being obstructive. He's wasting his own time...the Police were still being paid.
