Hi guys,
Today I noticed quite a bit of condensation had built up in the inner lenses. Has anyone else experienced this?? Really odd its happened to both at the same time!?!

Noticed it in mine a couple of weeks ago :(

Probably a damp boot adding to already leaking lenses, put some big bags of moisture soak-a-upper (technical term) in the boot and see if it dissapates - other than that it'll need cracking opn and drying out or new clusters; cheap on the bay. :happy2: Assuming they aren't Ed.30 ones... which they look like they are.
-
yeah their ED.30 :sad1: I think i'll give the 'moiture soak-a-upper' things a go first, don't fancy taking them apart...........yet.

One of my VALEO LED outer clusters is shocking for condensation, a silicone bag helps. :sad1:
Just pop em out, only 2 10mm nuts holding them in place and a quick release connector for the wiring loom. Remove the back of the clusters once again it's just 2 screws (20 Torx IIRC), stick em next to a radiator to dry out, pop a decent sized silicone bag in the back and hopfully Bobs your mothers brother.
My VALEO cluster with a silicone bag thingy in place.....

You can but the 50mm Silica gel desiccant pouches from eBay for next to nothing, perfect size and a snug fit. The bags/pouches will need to be dry as they act like a sponge, water is simply transferred from the inner light cluster to the bag so it will need (periodically) removing and drying out by placing it in an airing cupboard so such like.
Quick search, eBay.....
