Title: Aux audio adapter

I have brought a aux audio input adapter off eBay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLKSWAGEN-EOS-Golf-MK5-Passat-Polo-MP3-iPod-Aux-Input-Adaptor-CTVVGX004-/350484714333?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item519a84535d) and tried to install it the other day. It is ment to just plug into the cd charger hole on the back of the stereo, but is not working! Any ideas on how I can get it working? Thanks in advance.

Might need to be reset, or enabled with VCDS. What doe the seller say?
