Title: Another R32 exhaust on a TDI thread
Post by: J12spk on January 26, 2014, 09:54:10 am: Before I pay for a gen r32 exhaust, can some1 confirm that it will fit on my tdi (I know I will need a sleeve adaptor etc) does this present any emission problems etc?

You probably know this already but make sure it's the same shape as the gti as the r32 style doesn't fit.

Your only bet is to cut the tips off and weld them on to your tdi back box and use them as a dummy.

Most people either run a miltek or get longlife to make them up a system.

Looks like your going to have to splash some extra cash and go the route George said. Not fancy GTI tailpipes, big improvement over hidden pipes.
