Hi, sorry if this has already been covered, I am after a induction kit for my gti but there are so many around different makes different styles, what is the best around?
-
Lets whittle it down a bit first. K03 or K04 ?
Are you bothered about noise or does darth vadar under your bonnet get you all exited ? if so look at open filters, if you want quieter go the cannister route.
We'll go from there. :happy2:

Hi, sorry ko3 also I do like the vader noise deeper the better. Do they have any down sides do they run ok in all weathers??

If you like noise then an open filter will give you just that. It then comes down to budget. I've only ever run a ITG maxogen open style, performed fine but I couldn't live with the noise (lightweight )
Look in the for sale section, there's bargains to be had.
No issues as far as weather is concerned compared with against a standard intake. Just avoid deep water
