Can anyone confirm for me that the correct figure is 10' toe in, please?
If not what should it be?!

10 degrees of toe in?

no.

Depends how you want the car set up but I think it's between negative 0.3 and positive 0.3

Front is +0.05'.  Rear is +0.05'.
