Title: stingey vw dealers
Post by: spliff1star on October 13, 2009, 11:36:32 pm
My gtis booked in for its 2nd service since new at the main dealer where I purchased the vehicle!

When booking it in I said to the service guy I should get the work done half price as its the first time I'm servicing the vehicle with yourselves since buying the vehicle and you never exactly gave me much extras.

The service guys turns to me and said I will give you a fiver off! How tight are these people lol

I'm not getting it serviced at them silly vw dealers! They have no comunication skills once they have your car. They had my gti for 4days replacing my gearbox! Each time I had to chase them up to find out what was going on with my car.
I was called only once after having my car sitting there for 1 day to ask if I wanted to go ahead with the work? Why would I drop the car off at 9am if I didn't want the work done? This aint the first time they did this so I'm not payin them no money to service my car
