Hi all, looking at installing my new suspension and discs, pads etc next week and was wanting to change the brake fluid, any idea in litres how much I will need please ? Cheers Davey

If you're going to bleed the abs pump then I would get 2 litres.
-
As above, get a few litres to be safe.
No harm in having some decent spare brake fluid lying around either.

DIY fluid replacement can lead to disaster... I can remember my mate making an error and struggling to remove air from near his ABS block.. on VAGcom their is an option to run the ABS pump to pump through the fluid-prob covered in the above link.

Yeah I've decided to let my local Indy do this instead of me wasting time and effort on not doing it correctly, then having to ring them. Lack of knowledge in my case could turn out to be a serious mistake so I'd rather pay a few quid and have peace of mind !

I have Castrol Performance 5.1 or something ridiculously expensive (circa $150/litre)
