Evening all,
So I'm having an issue with my dsg which I think is the mechtronic unit, took my car round to see Cooper who plugged it in to vagcom.
Unfortunately it hasn't sorted it so looks like I'll have to call Vw.
Anyway to the point, he found an error code on the xenons, Malfunction 0010.
They aren't self levelling like they should.
Has anyone had this problem before or can off some advice?
Thanks.

You really need the specific error code for more helpful troubleshooting advice.

What Bacillus said.
Chance are one of the levelling sensor arms has snapped, check the passenger side wishbone and rear drivers side (i think) and see if the sensors are in tact.

I've got a pair of those sensors somewhere took them off some TT bottom arms that were going on a race car, if they're any good let me know Im sure we can cut a deal

just so you know where to check, both of the 'vehicle inclination' sensors are on the passenger (near) side of the car, one front and one rear :happy2:
