Title: paint jobs

can i ask what ppl's experiences are with getting minor nicks and scratches sorted? ive got a black gti and it is cleaned every week but i have to say the nick or stone chip turning up is starting to irritate me, is it worth getting a total paint job done or just a touch up?  would vw provide a service for this or is it just a third party service?

If there's a lot of chips, there's no point getting them touched up really, you'd never be 100% satisfied. Paint job will be the best way. Front end shouldn't cost the earth
