So today I dropped my car off at a local company called Herts Auto Tek. When I picked the the up, the chap said he's not happy with how the car responded. He said he sent the info to quantum who do the software and they're happy with it. So basically he put it down to a boost leak. On the drive home I could definitely feel a difference in power, but when I got home I ordered a Rev G DV as it's been on my to do list anyway . I've just been back out in my car and it now feels a lot more powerful haha. Does the ecu have to learn the map? Sorry if I sound thick :(¥

No...shouldn't have been mapped IMO if it wasn't logged/tested properly.
May be a DV issue as is quite common.. small adaptions to fuel trims may be made but it won't magically get much faster or slower after a bit of time.
