Title: polar fis updatd help

Hey guys

I have this on my car but think it's due an update.

How do I do it, in not so computer savy words please

Depends.... which model is it?

Need to plug it into a computer with a printer USB cable

Also be aware that the polar updater zone only works with Internet explorer (IE7 or higher).
The update can be done with the unit in or out of the car using the Update Zone page   http://www.polarfis.com/update/

The firmware version is on a different screen!

It should say something like version 0.4.4RZ2 if it's the latest. Earlier versions have a number <0.4.4
