Title: BCS powervalve turbo back exhaust

ordered the bcs powervalve turbo back exhaust after the good things i heard about them on here

so i arrived at 10ish sunday morning yes sunday lucky as the monday this week was a bank holiday and met dave at bcs HQ

we chatted and he even made me a coffee and gave me time to put a sealant on the exhausts shiny bits

this is when i saw exactly how well made this system is ! it is perfection no other words i can use the welding is amazing and dave explained why the way they weld them is better and even showed me round the workshop.

with the exhaust fitting dave got on with it and even sorted 2 of the bolts on the turbo that had been a bit threaded by someone when we did the pre cat delete ty dave!

after the exhaust was fitted a quick test drive and i was on my way home

after nige took a few pics and a vid! hope i see my car on fb page lol

customer service 10 out of 10

so driving home i realised how amazing this system is quite when off boost and a nice deep burble at idle and low revs

on boost compleatly different beast !! sounds like a rally car !! also feels like the car is pulling harder i imagine its worth at least 10 bhp as i can feel the difference

just what i wanted and the whole exhaust is amazing anyone looking for a performance exhaust should buy the BCS ! end of

We only offer the PV and Sport systems as Full Turbo back in 76mm sorry...

do these BCS exhaust systems below make the same bhp gains
sports system 3 inch
prestige system 3 inch
powervalve system 3 inch just have flap at rear box bend that opens up to make more noise

MC71 what sort of gains cat back 10 bhp
now on to
down pipe now 3 inch or 3.5 inch same again is there much more gain
as one must breath better as its larger diameter

A Cat Back will bring no gains as the restrictions are still in place (in the downpipe), you'll just be adding noise. Changing thee hole system inc the downpipe to a 3" or 3.5" with a low cell cat (either 100 or 200 cell) or a decat will aid flow and thus aid increasing the BHP. Low (or no) restriction downpipe is a supporting mod IMHO which help along with other "flow" mods...CAI and IC and that's where all the gains will be found.

As for how many ponnies are added by the addition of solely an aftermarket TBE.....not sure.
