Looked on ebay mate and couldn't see the one I was after, I'm only a few miles from a VW dealer so it's no fuss I can fit it myself not really hard. Just getting hold of one !
What's the latest Rev if anyone knows ?

The dealers only charge £14.70 to replace it?! I'm going to call them up asap and get them to upgrade mine! I would have thought they would charge at least £50 haha!

It was a place called star performance who are VAG specialists.
My receipt says 14.70+vat as it was 0.30 hours to replace.
Excellent garage. One of the best around for tuning, RR, and general work. Plus only 5-10 minutes from my door

got mine from EuroCarparts in Liverpool....
Got both the DV Valve and PCV and fitted both myself in about an hour.
I think the DV Valve is easier to fit on the ED30

Hi, new to the forum, got a GT turbo MK5, does the PCV basically help the engine run smoother? Any advice would be much appreciated
-
If its running and idling fine then leave it well alone in my oppinion!
If it feels down on power or you can hear excessive hissing with foot down in 4th then consider changing your Diverter valve or Turbo cut off valve which is what the dealers call it, £35 for part and 20 minute job to change it over
