Title: Sat Nav Disc MDF2 - Where can I get one?

Folks, I have an MFD2 with sat nav but my disc has been scratched beyond repair.

The disc still works but the scratches are so bad it might only load 1 in 100 times.

Anybody know where I could get a new disc for it with a reasonable price? I went to VW and the quote was something like €250 for just a disc!!! I could buy a new stereo for that!!
