Morning all, just a quick one...
The space saver spare in my boot is 16" but the car was factory spec'd with 18" Charleston alloys, should I not have an 18" space saver?
-
They all come with the same space saver afaik. Rolling diameter doesn't (shouldn't) change much as the wheel size increases, because the tyre profile reduces. Spare is for emergency use at lower speed for short distances, so slight variation not an issue.
-
There is an 18" spacesaver available. Came in the R32. I bought one on ebay to replace the foam/compressor set-up.
-
Thats good to know.. might try pick an 18" version up then
