Post by: gulfstream11 on November 15, 2014, 09:04:12 am
I have a Ping K15 driver with a broken shaft and now own the G25.Question is do I sell it as is so the buyer can fit his own shaft ( its regular and they might require stiff) or do I reshaft the bleeder then sell it?.. No its not a good walk spoilt and yes I did break it in anger (windmilling wedge).. :signLOL:

Replace the shaft with another Ping shaft , sure there must be one knocking around Ebay . Rarely do people want to buy Clubs and then have to repair/replace the shaft . A Head on its own isn't worth that much either ..........

PS . Practice your wedge play , it'll reduce your handicap faster than all other clubs (except the putter) and it will save you in driver shafts , or you could just throw it in a different direction ?

Agree replace the shaft and sell.

Search 'Golf' on ebay/sporting goods.
And the filter onto 'Golf Club Components' it then can be filtered into Heads, Shafts, Grips etc.
You may find one required that was pulled out of a Ping head.

Cheers for the replies chaps. I'll have a word with my pro and get the shaft changed and sell on, could bundle in the G15 too. I'm quite happy with the short game, it's the 5 iron and above I'm struggling with.. Winter is here and it's practice time.
