As above please ^
If not then I wont fit my rear BBK I dont think. :scared:
-
trial fit the brakes, best way of finding out.
-
312 fronts fit under oem 16" alloys.
Its close but doable. Space saver will surely have similar clearance
-
Yeah I should think it will be fine over 310's.
-
I bought a brand new setup as a sample purchase for a group buy I planned but never materialised :sad1:
So wanted to make it work if I could.
Thanks guys! :happy2:

I think the space saver fits over R32 front brakes fine, but as mentioned before, its very strongly advised that inthe event of a front flat tire, you put a rear wheel on the front and the space saver on the rear thus ensuring the drive wheels have full sized tires.

Yep great advice I always do that! Iv got R20 front bbk and standard rear brakes hence the 310mm rear bbk, hence my question.
R32s have 18" space saver, mines 16" what my golf came with ( car is a match spec originally) but car has evolved a lot since.

Maybe I should of read the topic properly...
I'm sure the space saver should fit, but truth be told I'd probably call break down and get towed home, seeing as I lay for the cover might as well use it. I plan to ditch my space save anyway.

haha Iv paid for breakdown and never used it apart from when I bought a £100 beamer a decade ago which predictably broke down lol!!
