Title: Paypal problems?

anyone else having problems with paypal today?
as i cant link or add my credit card. was already added and then tried to link and came with a error and the card was gooone from paypal -.-

anyone else with the same problem?

I've had problems for a while editing card info. From the app, haven't tried from the website, yet.
