I have been offered a front brake setup from a mk2 Leon cupra which I think is the 345mm disc setup. Are these a direct fit to a standard golf? What parts do I need? Isbit just the calipers, carriers, discs and pads or do I need the brake lines aswell?
-
Yes to all that inc brake hoses, plus the dust shields if you want to use them

Thanks for that reply, as you say I will need the brake lines from the cupra, does that mean if I got braided lines designed for the cupra then they would fit direct to my golf with the cupra calipers?
Also are the cupra brakes the same as the r32 brakes?
-
Yes, Cupra/R32/S3 fronts are the same.
Remember though, some hoses may be longer and eliminate the rigid pipe on the rear of the caliper, and that is why you may notice them being longer than stated OEM lengths.

Ahh how will I know which ones I will need?

Does anybody know if the mk2 Leon brakes come with braided hoses as standard?
