Title: Auto lights or not?

Hi all I'm new to VW's & just bought myself a lovely 2006 2 door GTI in silver with only 56k on the clock with FVWSH.
The owners manual is missing from the car so I'm still trying to figure out a few things.
But does it have auto lights or not. On the switch it has a picture of a D sideways with a light in it & the other 2 usual positions. Is the position with the D sideways like, the auto light position?

its the one to the right of 0 and looks like a tunnel with a small light icon.

My 2007 Gti actually says auto on the knob but my wifes 2007 Gt tdi has a funny D symbol on the nob but both seem to have auto lights so happy days

Yep auto lights is the symbol at the 12 o'clock position.  :happy2:

Thanks  :happy2:mine like the one in the 1st pic I thought was auto lighting.
