on my vRS yoou can adjust it with an allen key just behind the headlight.  however you an also electronically lower them with a little rotating switch bottom right of the dash by the light switch used for when you have a lot of stuff in the boot

Oh I get you sorry!  :xmassmiley:
I know the dipped can be adjusted im getting my xenons adjusted tomorrow at a car garage for a £10. I was going to do it myself but for a tenner I dont think it is worth the hassle!
Im unsure on high beam though.
Is it maybe the bulb not sat correctly in the headlight?
 :happy2:

Check that the holder is in the right way round.  I recall some one else had this problem and discovered the bulb was in upside down...

If Main beam is high it's highly likely on dip they are dazzling as well? The adjustment does both at the same time I think!  :happy2: Best done with the correct alignment gear as used at MOT test centre.

Just had my xenons aligned on an MOT thing. Only cost a £5 and took two mins. I say get them aligned as above!  :happy2:

Had the same issue as you. The dipped beam was perfect, but the only use for the high beams were plane spotting.

I read on an american forum about the procedure for correctly setting both the dipped and main beams (yes there are adjustments for both but they are linked, and have to be done in a particular order).

Not being comfortable trying this myself, I took it to my local dealer and they came back perfect (both high and dipped beam). So It can be done, but you really need a beam setting machine to do it properly.
