Morning all,
I've got my MOT coming up at the start of July, and am concerned about my tyres. I have Nankang NS-II's, 215/35/18 on 8.5j wheels, so there is some stretch going on here, is this going to cause any problems?
I done some searching around and read that as long as the tyre is fitted on a wheel that's in the suitable range stated by the tyre manufacture then it will be fine. But I can't seem to find the recommended widths for the Nankang NS 2 online?
Can anyone help me out here?
Thanks

My Mk4 passed an MOT with 215/35/18 on 8.5J front and 9.5J rear.

That will be fine, I had a 225 on a 9j (not nankang though) for 2 MOT's without an issue
