-4 doors:
1K4867439B 4J4 - left front door
1K4867440B 4J4 - right front door
1K4867449B 4J4 - left rear door
1K4867450B 4J4 - right rear door
1K1858420B 4J4 - left of the steering wheel
1K1858419B 4J4 - right of the steering wheel
1K1858529B 4J4 - above glove box compartment

The same for LHD and RHD, just the position of the trim parts change.
