IMO when going over stage2+ on Cupra/S3/ED30, (meaning BT) these are a must along with a solid pendulum mount.
They are app. 80% stiffer than stock and grab the engine by the b***s which result in more noise in the cabin but effectively keep the engine in "bay" at all times
