The Mk6 Golf Climatronic unit to fit in the Mk5 Golf. There are a few different ones with and without the heated seat function etc. Displays on the Headunit, be it the RCD510 or RNS510.

A new Surround/blender is also required. Part number for blender is 1K0 858 069 N 1QB.

IMHO it looks a lot better than the Mk5 climate control unit and has the benefit of displaying on the Headunit. AQS (air quality sensor) can also be added with this unit which is unavailable with the Mk5 one.

Can this be used with an rcd310?

It should be compatible. Even OPS front and rear sensors work with the RCD-310.
