Hum/Squeal When Reversing

I've noticed lately the car gives off a hum or squeal at low speeds when I reverse into a parking spot.

My buddy has this on his jag and he was told it was his rear bushings.

Would mine be the same?

Front discs/pads brand new and rears are looking fine!
